I hate to do it, but I have never encountered such while trying to do business long distance.

Shady dealership…Buyers beware…. I was trying to buy a Hummer H3, it was recently acquired by the dealer. The price was already posted all over the web with a set price of 24,950.00. In October 2022, we bought a 2018 Ford Raptor from a small car dealership. It had 75,000 miles on it. We bought an extended warranty with the truck. At the end of May/June 2023, the truck went into limp mode on my way home, from out of town. We had the truck towed to Anderson Ford Kingman. 30 July2022, I had an appointment for an oil change today at 1 pm. Arrived 5 minutes early, at 1:50 pm, I asked George the service writer if they were going to change my oil today, he said he was the only one here and do I want to take my car and leave. I told him that he was the one that made the appointment. Traveled to dealership to see if they could hook up scan tool to enable trailer brake controller it would take longer to walk to truck than do the job. Took my vehicle in for diagnosis of a audible noise emitting from the engine compartment. The service advisor briefly looked at the vehicle and concurred that the noise was indeed coming from the engine compartment. I left the vehicle with Anderson Ford for diagnosis and repair. Purchased a used vehicle from Anderson Ford. They were happy to take my money. Now the thrill is gone. Never again. Customer service and satisfaction are not a priority at this dealership.

They will sell you a lemon with a warranty and lie about you being satisfied. I bought a 2020 explorer that is an absolute nightmare! It is the worst car I have ever owned. Anderson refuses to acknowledge or repair the problems. It is literally falling apart. They will not finish open repair orders or give complete repair documents on the car. They knew it was a lemon and sold it anyway.

Careful with these guys. They tell you the sales staff work on salaries and receive no commission. Then they push the extended warranties that they do get commissions for and glide over them in the explanation of charges. I read the whole thing after making the purchase. Had I read it at the dealership it would have taken hours. In my opinion it isn't worth it. They also neglect to tell you that if you change your mind you can cancel the extended warranty. Found the perfect vehicle for out needs. All of the people who helped us with our purchase were excellent at what they do. We would go back again.

The overall experience with Anderson Ford of Bullhead City was very quick and efficient. My entire visit consisting of 1 new truck being purchased and 2 vehicles being traded in was about 3 hours long which is pretty good considering all of the extra paperwork involved. They also had a great waiting area with tons of snacks and drinks and private little kids room which helped out a lot once my wife and son arrived with the 2nd trade in car.

Bought our 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan at Anderson in Bullhead City and had the great pleasure of working with Marisol Kenitzer and the friendly team there. Easy, no hassle, and fair pricing, and an overall great experience.

They didn't have the vehicle with the option I needed in stock, but they located one at a dealership 200 miles away and had it in Kingman for me the next day. We brought our truck in for the 100,000 mile tune up thinking it was the right way to do it. Bad choice. When I showed up Christopher Gonzalez Introduced himself to me and was very helpful in my choosing a pickup. While the paper work was being taken care of he stayed and visited with me. the other man ( I don`t remember his name ) found a different pickup for me. I was not happy with the color but I do like the pickup, and that's what counts. The paper work was handled in a very proficient manor.

The Management sucks at the bullhead city location they where very rude and disrespectful to me and my family. They were going to have us drive 4 hours for an appointment made on Saturday when someone had already put a deposit down on the car. We use small buses that are basically Ford E450 vans and on several occasions we have needed either emergency service (one time the a/c compressor went south in August) or just needed routine service when passing through Kingman. Each time we were given priority sevice. Apparently, the management recognizes the value of good service, unlike all too many dealerships.
